The Origin: One on One
It all started by developing custom software for small local businesses. We'd go to the companies, analyze their operations, and build systems from scratch. We solved their problems, but learned a hard lesson: traditional custom development is slow, extremely expensive, and hard to maintain for an SMB in the long run.
The Discovery
We realized thousands of SMBs share the exact same bottlenecks: disorganized inventory, chaotic appointment management, manual billing, and capital leaks. Companies were paying tens of thousands of dollars to reinvent the wheel over and over.
